Our team picture day is
approaching and I wanted to give you some basic info to make the
process easier. The event is scheduled for Monday, May 24th. We
will offer individual pictures from 4:30 to 5:30 pm, our team
picture is scheduled for 5:30 pm, once the picture is over, the
pool will be open to everyone to enjoy.
Please sign-up for the event in
advance in order to help the photographer get ready for the
event.
Swimmers should wear their team suit if they
have one (if not, a darker suit would be preferable). Be on time as
lining up 150 swimmers on the bleachers is quite a challenge and we
need to organize the kids by height.
I will place the order form the
photographer will collect that day in your team folder. Please fill
it out completely and chose the kind of package you desirer.
Please include a check (made out to Yary Photography) or cash
for the EXACT amount.
Each year many parents order the 16 x 20
group picture and realize they will need to remodel the kid’s
room to fit it on a wall! If you are interested in a group picture,
I recommend the Package "G" or the group only 8 x 10. I have posted
an 8 x 10 team picture on the Marlins bulletin board so that you
can see what it looks like.
Practice for all groups will be canceled and
kids will be allowed to swim and play until 7:00pm, time at which
we will close the pool.
